  • AutoPay: Through My Insurance, you can enroll in recurring automatic payments through your bank account or credit card. Enrolling with a bank account waives the installment fee.

  • Pay By Phone/Mobile App: Speak with a live billing representative over the phone or use the My Insurance mobile app to manage your policy and pay your bill.

Please call us at 1-800-688-1825 during normal business hours (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST) if you need assistance with a billing representative.

We offer direct billed full-pay, 4-pay, 10-pay, & 12-pay plans. Our EDP plan is currently available on 10-pay and allows you to select the day of the month to have us withdraw your premium installments out of a checking or savings account.

Personal Auto discounts are available for paperless billing (enroll through My Insurance) and full pay plan. You can reach out to your local agent if you would like your pay plan changed.

You may select any withdrawal date if your policy is setup on our EDP plan, but if you are on a direct-billed plan, your due date lines up with the effective date of your policy and unfortunately cannot be changed (Example: Policy is renewing effective July 1st, your bills will always be due on the 1st of every month, but if wanting to enroll on our EDP plan, you can choose when N&D withdraws that money each month).

We offer discounts for bundling multiple types of policies with the same account. Please reach out to your local agent for more information about available discounts.

We offer a discount for paperless billing for Personal Auto Policies in Massachusetts. Paperless billing is available for all policy types. Simply register for a My Insurance account and you can elect to receive your bills and/or policy documents via email. Documents are delivered the same day that they are generated.

By registering for My Insurance, you have access to your policy term’s installment schedule (including due dates), transaction history, and PDF versions of previous statements and policy documents.

Please reach out to your local agent and request that your policy be cancelled. Once they have the proper documents, they will send the request to us for processing.

You will need to fill out an EDP Authorization Form and mail back to the address on the form or email to [email protected].

You do not need to register for a My Insurance Account in order to pay your bill online. You can make a payment directly through our payment interface.
