Like the insurance, their customer service has gotten better but it was awful for a long time.

Had a bad service experience with one of N&D’s partners whom handle a division of claims. The N&D team was quick to resolve and ensure the customer was put first. Very happy with resolution and effort to improve themselves.

On Sunday, Nov 16, 2025, at 12 AM ET, we will be performing scheduled maintenance on our systems.
